What is a Holistic Doula?

A full-spectrum holistic doula provides comprehensive support to mothers and families throughout the perinatal experience, including fertility, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, abortion, miscarriage, and adoption. This approach acknowledges the diverse and individualized needs of clients, embracing a holistic perspective that considers the physical, emotional, spiritual, and cultural aspects of their experience.
